With a strong business background I have made a career move into IT in 1996 and have over 20 years’ project-management experience in Business transformation and implementing IT system implementations in complex, large-scale international environments always with emphasis on innovation and business process (re)design. I am recognized as a strong program/project manager who has always been able to deliver project within time and budget. Currently I act as an independent advisor/project-manager from my own business: Tjipanas Advies & Projectmanagement.

I have a broad experience in various Business areas, content-wise ranging from business (Process Improvement) to IT (System-implementation). I am perceived as an expert on International Roll-outs, enabling the transition & transformation of local countries and I have strong Change Management skills.

Main characteristic is a strong can-do attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
